Testing terms

You authorize American Screening Corporation and its laboratory to test the samples you provide, for the purpose of determining biological relationship or identification.

If anyone being tested is a minor or legally unable to consent, you confirm you have the legal authority to consent for them.

This home kit is not intended for legal purposes. Court-admissible testing requires a supervised collection and a different procedure — call (866) 526-2873 to arrange it. New York State residents cannot use this kit; call us instead.

Results are released only after payment has cleared, and never over the telephone.

If a sample is insufficient for testing, the laboratory may request a re-collection; re-collection can involve an additional fee.

The name you register is the name printed on the report. Changes after the fact require documentation and a re-processing fee.
